ซิฟิลิส รู้เร็ว รักษาทัน ป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์

ซิฟิลิส (Syphilis) คือหนึ่งใน โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ที่พบได้บ่อย เกิดจากเชื้อแบคทีเรีย Treponema pallidum สามารถติดต่อได้จากการมีเพศสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ป้องกัน รวมถึงการสัมผัสแผลติดเชื้อโดยตรง หากตรวจพบและรักษาตั้งแต่ระยะแรก โรคนี้สามารถรักษาให้หายขาดได้

 

อาการของซิฟิลิส

ซิฟิลิสมีอาการแบ่งออกเป็นหลายระยะ ได้แก่

  1. ระยะแรก (Primary stage)

    • มักมีแผลเดี่ยวหรือนูนที่อวัยวะเพศ ปาก หรือทวารหนัก

    • แผลมักไม่เจ็บ และอาจหายไปเองภายในไม่กี่สัปดาห์

  2. ระยะที่สอง (Secondary stage)

    • มีผื่นขึ้นตามลำตัว ฝ่ามือ ฝ่าเท้า หรือมีตุ่มหนอง

    • อาจมีอาการไข้ เจ็บคอ ต่อมน้ำเหลืองโต

  3. ระยะแฝง (Latent stage)

    • ไม่มีอาการ แต่เชื้อยังคงอยู่ในร่างกาย

    • หากไม่ได้รักษา เชื้ออาจแฝงตัวได้นานหลายปี

  4. ระยะสุดท้าย (Tertiary stage)

    • เชื้ออาจทำลายหัวใจ หลอดเลือด สมอง และอวัยวะสำคัญ

    • เสี่ยงต่อภาวะร้ายแรง เช่น หลอดเลือดโป่งพอง อัมพาต หรือสูญเสียการมองเห็น

      วิธีป้องกันซิฟิลิส

      • ใช้ถุงยางอนามัยทุกครั้งที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์

      • หลีกเลี่ยงการเปลี่ยนคู่นอนบ่อย

      • ตรวจสุขภาพทางเพศสัมพันธ์เป็นประจำ หากมีความเสี่ยง

      • หากตรวจพบว่าติดเชื้อ ควรรักษาพร้อมกับคู่นอนทุกคนซิฟิลิส เป็น โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ที่สามารถรักษาให้หายขาดได้ หากตรวจพบและรักษาทันเวลา การป้องกันด้วยการมีเพศสัมพันธ์อย่างปลอดภัย และการตรวจสุขภาพเป็นประจำ คือกุญแจสำคัญที่จะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงและดูแลสุขภาพของคุณและคนที่คุณรัก
